At Baby Pins Melbourne, we specialise in creating personalised and unique baby gifts. Due to the customised nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at babypinsmelbourne@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to promptly replace the item at no additional cost.
  • Incorrect Personalisation: In the rare event that we make an error with the personalisation details provided by you, we will gladly replace the item with the correct personalisation.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at babypinsmelbourne@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Resolution: We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for reasons of change of mind or incorrect customisation details provided by the customer.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Order Changes/Cancellations: Due to the immediate production process of customised items, order changes or cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we begin crafting your personalised item and cannot accommodate changes.
